The three-step workflow
Paste an image
⌘V drops the clipboard image straight onto the canvas. Drag a file in, or press ⌘O.
Mark it up
Keys 1–7 switch the seven annotation tools. Esc returns to selection at any moment.
Copy it out
The finished image lands back on your clipboard, annotations baked in. ⌘S keeps it on disk.
